Several weeks back AJ (A.K.A ToadKing) introduced me to a free online diet and weight loss journal called Fitday. It has really helped me track calories eaten, exercise, and weight loss. It provides some pretty useful reports on your progress and helps you set goals in various areas.
Below is a chart showing my personal weigh loss over the past 4-months (I entered all the information I had been keeping on notebook paper):
Oh yeah, by the way - I'm down 123.5 lbs.! 11.5 lbs. to my ultimate goal!
Anyway, Fitday is very useful...and, somewhat addictive!
